Dr. Moses Zinnah, Minister of Agriculture signed on behalf of his Ministry while Dr. James F. Kollie, Jr., Commissioner of the Liberia Maritime Authority signed on behalf of the Authority. The signing ceremony took place in the conference room of the Liberia Maritime Authority.
It was attended by members of the press and senior members and staff of the two entities.
The Liberia Maritime Authority and the Ministry of Agriculture signed a Communique to collaborate and cooperate for the effective implementation of both parties' statutory mandates on Thursday, April 13, 2017 .
