Liberia Permanent Representative To IMO Presents Letter of Credence


London, England - In accordance with Resolution A.505 (XII) of the Procedure for Accreditation establishing the office of Permanent Missions by Governments to the International Maritime Organization, Ambassador Robert Wilmont Kpadeh (Liberia's Permanent Representative to the IMO) has presented his letter of credence to H.E. Mr. Arsenio Dominguez (Secretary General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) on the sidelines of the IMO's Council 132nd session which begins today July 8 and will run until Friday July 12 at the Headquarters of the IMO in London.
