The 19th Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Regional Maritime University based in Accra, Ghana took place in Monrovia from March 20th to 23rd, 2018 at the Bella Cassa Hotel. The Board of Governors is the highest decision making body of the University structure with powers to approve staffing/HR proposals, budget, new academic programs as well as conclude agreements between the University and other institutions/individuals.
